Bodybuilding

 I started bodybuilding when I was 14 or 15.  I began with springs--handgrips, chest expander,  and other spring equipment.  Soon I bought a 210 lb York barbell and dumbbell set.   Worked out with weights in H.S. too.  I'm about 16 or 17, 18 here.

Felix, the Italian Stallion, is all way to the left.  He's the original Magic Mike in the movies and also was a Chippendale dancer.

Frank is top right...good dancer, wore a tuxedo. 

Neal is second from right front...a juggler and magician(?).

When I started dancing my costume was a suit and I kept this look for a year or so.  Later, after a couple months working at the Rose, I became a Cowboy!

Return To Crazy Horse Saloon

        In about 1985 I went to Florida with my girlfriend Valerie Craft Miss Nude America who I had dated since May 1984.  She said she wanted to work in Miami and Miami Beach for two weeks and would need some help.  So I agreed even though "Kings Of Hearts" was busy dancing in nightclubs, bars, and parties.  Dave, Ron, and Bill could handle things while I was away. Plus dancers, like Rocky, Mike, and others were available.

        Valerie and I took plane down and got a room with an ocean view in a hotel in the South Beach area of Miami Beach. We had a good swim and a lot of sun before we went over to the Gayety Theater, nearby, to start a week of shows there, and a week at the Pussycat on Biscayne Blvd in Miami.

Roger In Europe

 I went to Paris with a girlfriend in the summer of 1981.  I had met her a few months earlier at one of the nightclubs I used to dance at.  She and I were in Paris for a week, then after she left I stayed in Europe  almost another month.  I was on the trains every day going all over, by the end, a total of 12 countries.
