Becoming A Male Stripper After Being An Artists' Model

I started dancing in Florida November 1978.  My job for the last three years had been as an artists' model.  I liked that kind of work, which wasn't really work for me, since I was in top physical shape and I could pick any pose I wanted, hold it for a while, then change it to another pose I chose.  I sort of was in charge of the whole class!  (I mostly modeled for colleges and art schools and art groups.) But I also did longer poses.  Still no problem!

When I started dancing I couldn't really couldn't dance that well, but I faked it!  And soon I was dancing OK, and anyway I was a male stripper,  I mostly had to be sexy.  The girls loved me and I was happy.  And again this wasn't work for me...it was a lot of fun!

Before I Danced I was an Artists' Model for 3 Years

 One day I was hanging out at Farwell Beach by Lake Michigan on the north side of Chicago. A bunch of people would gather every day to play music and sing.  I happened to mention to Mario that I wanted to get a job and he said he modeled for art classes and I could try that.  ....So that's how it all got started...modeling...then dancing!!
